Yay, you! You DID IT!!! You’re all checked-in for the WIA 2020 TeleSummit! We are super excited you decided to join us for a game-changing event. To make the most of your time with us, review the information below so you don’t miss a minute (remember, to miss a little is to miss a lot!)

YOUR DASHBOARD
The dashboard is the central information hub for the TeleSummit. On this dashboard, you have virtual access to the live session room, link to purchase recordings, and additional resources. It’s a super easy way to get everything all in one place, it’s where you go for sessions and it’s your go-to resource for updates and information.

TO BE EARLY IS TO BE ON TIME
We encourage you to arrive at 9:45am ET for “door opening”! Join us in our virtual ballroom for getting in the right headspace for the day ahead.

SCHEDULE
We start mid-morning at 10:00am Eastern (we have found this is the best overall time to allow different time zones to join us). Given this start time, we will have a late lunch, so plan to have hydration, caffeination and snacks on hand.

The schedule below can help you protect and preserve your time (just remember, we reserve the right to make minor modifications to best serve you).

Saturday, Sept 26th –

10:00am ET start time
10:50am ET First Break (10 min)
2:00pm ET Lunch & Vendors (60 min)
3:00pm ET Start time after lunch
4:10pm ET Quick Break (10min)
6:45pm ET Completed and your brain is full

Breaks **IMPORTANT**

At the start of each break, you will be booted out of the main space and back to your dashboard. Re-enter by clicking on the ballroom picture again at the end of the break. We are doing this for technical reasons. It’s also a good reminder for your hydration and bio break.
