WIA Member Three Payment Option

Guest Registration includes Saturday Dinner only.

If you would like to pay by check, it can be mailed to PO Box 1166, Lebanon, OH 45036. Optional courses cannot not be confirmed until the check is received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent upon processing.

Members can select to have a three payment option for the convention registration. You must complete this form and contact the WIA office to make this arrangement. A credit card must be kept on file for the three charges. The last charge must be paid prior to the event. Optional courses will be confirmed upon the initial charge.
